concept in Chinese cuisine. Its menu features delicate oriental fare from different
provinces, including celebrated dim sum and barbecued specialties from an outdoor

amidst luscious greens, undulating grounds and tree-lined winding roads, Min Jiang
at one-north is the Hotel's first food & beverage outlet located externally,
and the only Chinese fine-dining restaurant housed in a stylish two storey black
and white colonial-style bungalow. Enjoy a new dining experience and sample the
restaurant's specialty - its truly authentic Beijing Duck served with 8 different
condiments. This delicacy is specially prepared by Chefs from Beijing and roasted
to perfection in a custom-made wood-fired oven.
