Each room has individually controlled air-conditioning, IDD telephone with bathroom extension, remote controlled flat screen television with cable and in-house movies, bedside console, fax/data port (same telephone line), mini-bar/fridge, in-room safe, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, high-speed Internet access, bathroom amenities and a hairdryer.

Superior rooms are a large 32sqm located on the 7th - 14th floor in the Carlton wing, and wheelchair friendly rooms are available on request. Standard rooms are decked in light colours of white and beige and contrasted with bold red chairs, beds are either twin or Queen size. The bathrooms are bright and simply designed with separate bathtub and shower.

Deluxe rooms are the same size but feature more dark woods and distinguished look and are located on the 15th floor and above.

Carlton and Premier Club rooms, located on the upper floors, have access to the Carlton Club Lounge with the club privileges. These rooms have in-room entertainment, complimentary dry clean / laundry and pressing of 1 suit a day and late check out at 3 pm. Premier club rooms have laptop safes.
